Our Bourbon Barrel-aged Chardonnay—the world’s first and only Chardonnay aged in bourbon barrels—reflects the expressive character of this truly original approach to aging. We craft this wine from cool, coastal fruit in Monterey County, before aging it in a combination of new and used bourbon barrels. The new barrels give the wine its rich, toasty flavor.
